Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. When you create an account, you are responsible for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse our services, attempt to access systems without authorization, or disrupt platform availability. You agree to follow all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

Content and Submissions
Content on Digitaltoday.cm is owned by its publishers or contributors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission. If you submit content to our platforms, you grant Muntu a license to display and distribute it within the service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.
Financial Data and Insights
My Money Manager provides budgeting insights for informational purposes only. The information provided is not financial advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should verify data accuracy. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the service.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance, security updates, or legal reasons. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
Third-Party Services
Our products may link to third-party sites or integrate with external tools. Muntu is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, belong to Muntu or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muntu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if we determine that your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Cameroon. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Cameroon.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the effective date on this page. We will notify users of material changes where appropriate. Your continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
